A person reversed a payment, but this person still has access. The reversal process apparently did not communicate to amember.

How do I manually deny access without messing up something?

I can't "refund" because the reversal has already sent money to the person.

edited to add- I use paypal

For now I have set the subscription to expire today.

Unnecessary Information: The person was unable to logon, so she never had access. She used an email address that rejected emails, so she was unable to retrieve a password.

Do you use latest version of PayPal plugin? It should support reversal and revoke access automatically.

Also aMember allow you to add just refund record (without request to PayPal for real refund). This way aMember mark such payment as refunded and revoke access. You need to click link 'refund' and enable option 'I submitted refund already and only wanted to add refund record to invoice' in popup window.
