Wrong subscription start date

Hi.

Example:

1. User has an active subscription of product-1 until 29th of march
2. 20th of march: user pays for another month

I would expect that his subscription would then last until 29th of april

Instead his subscription lasts unitl 20th of april.

This seems strange to me.

That behavior is controlled by the "Start Date Calculation" setting on the product page. Make sure you are using setting as shown below.

Add to Grants post that the 'Renewal Group' needs to be the same.

True, but that mainly relates to two products that are the same but different pay plans. In this situation the user renewed the same product early.

what is with the recurring subscriptions and the rigth subscription start date?
how can i fix this?
