Wow! I made a mess and Support fixed it

    I made a small error, which would have cost me hours of time to figure out how to fix it (during an upgrade). Fortunately, Alex fixed it within minutes, and saved me hours of despair. Thanks so much. I'm loving this product, despite a bit of a learning curve. It has many great functions.
