    Hi,
With amember v4 I could protect a page, and yet have child pages of the protected page as non protected pages.
However now that I've upgraded to v5.1.7 I have noticed that if a wordpress page is protected, then all of the pages child pages also inherit the same restrictions.
This didnt happen in v4. Is there a way to get round this?
    Thanks
    Ben

Still looking for official answer to this. Partial solution found though

So far the best way I can see is to click checkbox:-
"Exclude page from protection Page will be displayed even if whole blog is protected"
which will make it unprotected even if parent is protected.
