Wordpress Database Problems

    I hope someone else here has run into this problem and can recommend a fix...

    Everything's installed correctly but we're having a lot of problems connecting to the Wordpress database on the Wordpress config page (...amember/admin-setup/wordpress)

    We have two databases, one running aMember, one running the Wordpress site itself (see attached).

    However, when we enter the details for the main database, we get an error message (see attached).

    I imagine we're just missing something simple but we've played around with a number of different options and settings and nothing works.

    Maybe your host doesnt use localhost to connect?

    Problem solved. Had to do with faulty file permissions.
