My site got the white screen of death! I had a backup and I have restored everything. However, I can't seem to get the aMember4 wordpress plugin working. On the /wp-admin/admin.php?page=am4-settings page I receive this error: "Specified path is not an aMember installation". But it really truly is the correct path. I have uninstalled and re-installed the plugin. I have re-built the database in aMember CP. What now?
Hi David, Thanks for following up. I am using the latest version of aMember. I used Backupbuddy to restore the site. Alexander at aMember helped me out. Somehow the /amember/library/Am/Lite.php file was missing. I don't know how that didn't get backed up or restored. It is all working now. aMember customer support is EXCELLENT!!!
