"Window Locked!" message in IE - Java related?

    The site I administered got flagged as "malicious" when a member accessed Member-Only area. In working with this University's IT system, they reported the following:

    "I was using IE 8 which is the default with a new build of Windows 7 SP1. If Java is not installed I get the error below. If it is installed I do not see the error. So something is embedded in the code to check for Java and if it isn’t enabled it will kick off this page which basically locks up the computer entirely. Our antivirus software also caught the page before it could load on my 2nd attempt without java and flagged it as malware."

    Anybody else encounter this issue when someone doesn't have Java installed in their browser?
