Will using Authorize.net outside aMember affect reoccurring payments?

I have a customer that is subscribed to a reoccurring monthly plan. They want to purchase something else from me, just a one time payment. If I go directly into Authorize.net CIM and select this customer and charge this onetime payment, will it impact aMember's reoccurring billing?

You'll want to get an official answer, but it shouldn't. You are talking about two completely separate transactions, and running one directly in Authorize would not affect aMember's billing process at all.
