Why Can't I download the software?

    I've ordered amember pro twice now and both times it says that my order needs to be processed manually by "someone".

    I'm pretty pissed that I haven't been able to instantly download this software (as it says on the order). Because of this I've had to delay a big product launch until this gets resolved.

    Very unhappy!

    Furthermore, the customer service has been a nightmare. I send an email and get a response more than 24 hours later. That's simply unacceptable and if there was another alternate program I would definitely be all over it right now.

    Sorry for delay with reply in helpdesk. Unfortunatly we have to review some orders manually so there can be delays in order processing. Situation has been resolved in helpdesk already.
