I've had a failed subscription attempt trigger an email to me today that says once I've fixed the issue I can, "..visit Amember CP-> Invoice Log, find this transaction (xxxx) and press, "Retry Processing" I don't see the "retry processing" anywhere. Does anyone know where it is? Thanks Guy
Thanks Alexander. Is it the green circular arrow icon? I press it and don't see anything happen. I have an urgent ticket with the help desk as my payments aren't suceeding. I had an email from the system saying a connection with the database could not be established last night once I turned on emails for errors. Hopefully you can see this ticket (I've had a ticket in the system in the last year that got lost so if you could check I would be grateful).
