I'm really enjoying the demo and I'm almost sold on buying the product. However, I have one question: where do customers go in order to cancel their subscription(s)? I'm looking at the "Registered Members Page" and I see the listing of current subscriptions and I see where they can create new subscriptions; however, where is the option to CANCEL subscriptions. This is an issue for me because I use recurring payments for my products (currently I use paypal exclusively for that.)
Depends on your payment system- for paypal, it creates a cancel link that brings them to paypal- since they have to cancel within paypal. In general members need to contact you to cancel, probably best that way as you dont want to make it too easy to cancel. David
