I dont know why. Is there anything I set up wrong? I have amember installed in the same directory as my wordpress. I dont know what I did to become current situation. It keeps popping up the login box to force me login. How can I disable this so that I can visit my wordpress website freely.

To start: aMember should be in a separate directory.
    eg yoursite.com/ (wordpress)
    yoursite.com/member (amember)
    yoursite.com/wordpress (wordpress)

Why it keeps popping up the amember login? Maybe by putting amember in the same directory you overwrote the wordpress files.

I have found out the solution. It is actually because of the added plugin UAM in wordpress. I deleted it then the login box disappeared. thank you anyway.
