I have been customising the email templates on an aMember Pro site, and found that several emails were sent out to users automatically last night. I don't understand why these were sent out as they were the 'Send Signup E-Mail', which should only be sent out after a first payment has been recieved, these users have not made a payment. Can someone tell me what will trigger this email, for instance; what fields have to have what status?
aMember send this email when first subscripton is completed (not payment) so it can be triggered with free access as well.
But emails were sent out to users who had registered some time ago and had never set up a subscription.
Hmm, It is strange. Please contact us in helpdesk (https://www.amember.com/support) we will investigate this issue. I need access to your installation to check everything and find out exact reason of such behavior.
