I see when setting up new site a part in the helpdesk called fields? i put something in there thinking this is information we can ask for when a user makes a helpdesk , but when i login as a user and click helpdesk, there is just tittle and message? so what is this field for?
Do you mind to add several categories of requests in your helpdesk configuration? In request category configuration you can choose fields to ask then. Best Regards.
