Hello, When customers try to click on the download links for the videos (hosted on Amazon S3), the video starts to play instead rather than immediately download. I have included the video files under Files (and that's the link I've given the customers to use), but I have also put the videos under Videos in the Amember Dashboard. How do I set it up so that the video doesn't play, and the customer can automatically download the video instead when they click the link? For now, we have noticed that when the video is playing, and you right click, then you can choose "Save Video As" and download the video that way. But not everyone knows to do that. So please let me know how to fix this. Thanks!
Please contact us in helpdesk I need to check configuration. I tested this on my local install. When I upload video through aMember CP -> Protect Content -> Files, I can download it from member's area.
