Hi Alex, I have a question regarding Vbulletin and Amember. Right now I have paid membership group running on vbulletin, if I were to integrate amember as a plugin on vbulletin, will my current paid members lose their group or membership status? Another question is, I will be using the script not just to do payments but also I'll be hosting files from remote server. Does amember comes with such script that will support remote file protection? thank you
Hello, if you don't import them to aMember, aMember will not touch them. Or, you have to give them corresponding subscriptions and permissions in aMember, so it will setup them into desired usergroup in vBulletin. It is hard to explain, but I hope you get it when you see configuration screen. We have a remote protection script named aMember_Remote, it is available by request - contact us via helpdesk.
