I am getting a certain percentage of people who sign up through Amember and never get added to the vbulletin database (it's a paid access forum). I'm not sure what the disconnect is but right now about 20% are not getting added.

    Until I diagnose that...

Is it possible to just manually create an account on the vbulletin side (entering matching password, username and email address that somebody used to sign up through amember)??

If that person cancels through Amember/paypal, will the system go in and prevent access to the forums on the vbulletin side even though they were added manually? I just want to know so I can start getting the members who paid access to the forums while I figure out why they weren't automatically added as intended.

You should be able to do a rebuild and have amember copy over the members to vb- if it isnt too big a list it shouldnt take very long.

It sounds to me like it could be a hosting issue- mysql not being responsive, but alex can give a better answer on that.
