I'm trying to integrate a vBulletin forum in the member's area of my website but am having a lot of trouble. When the forum is protected via aMember there is an error with the .htaccess file and it produces a 500 Internal Server Error. When the file is renamed to .htaccess.old the forum works but is not protected. I have GoDaddy hosting and have had a couple of phone calls with them but they have not been able to tell me why the 500 Internal Server Error is occurring. Any suggestions to fix this?
