I've submitted a ticket too but am not hearing back and wanted to ask here since I have 400+ members all waiting on me today.

I just had my VB members imported to AMember, meaning they all got their email with login info. However, in their member area it mentions nothing about the forum or how to access it. And there is NOTHING in the docs about setting up VB completely.

Do I simply add a link (under protect content) to the forum? Does the VB design/layout/settings need to be reconfigured? I've configured the Integrations for permissions already. The subscription is setup. But how the hell do people actually ACCESS the forum?

So it turns out when AMember said they installed and configured it they didn't do the necessary steps on the VB side of things.

However I can't find the file listed in the additional steps (product-amember.xml):

    1. Click vBulletin AdminCP -> Plugins and Products -> Manage Products,
click "Add/Import Product" link. In the
"EITHER upload the XML file from your computer" field, choose file
    "product-amember.xml" contained in /amember/application/default/plugins/vbulletin folder.
    Click "Import".

Where can I find this file? It's not in my AMember folder.

Its in the vbulletin plugin in amember.
    go to amember/application/plugins/protect/vbulletin (i think)
    should be in there.
