I am considering using aMember for my membership managment, but I have a few questions that I would apreciate feedback on. I am using vBulletin with vBadvanced. vBa uses the vB database and login etc, so I doubt there would be any specific integration for that other than the vB integration.

    Anyhow, my questions are:

    1) Is there a way that I can install the trial version to test it's functionality without actually effecting the login etc. for my current members?

    2) How exactly does aMember integrate with vBulletin? i.e. does it replace the vB login and subscription? Can the vB forms be kept as default?

Essentially I am worried about adding a lot of complexity to my site, so I want to have an idea of how complexed adding aMember would be?

    Thanks,

    John

    1) If you just install aMember trial, it won't affect your vBulletin database at all.
To experiment with vB integratin, it would be better to install temporary second copy of vBulletin into new folder and new MySQL database.

    2) It integrates as described here:

No, it does not change vB behaviour in any kind.
