Validity Checks

Your feature list states:

"Adding unlimited number of custom fields to products, subscriptions and members without changing database structure! Ability to assign validity check for this fields."

One of my custom fields is for my client's website. I need a validity check that checks to make sure someone else hasn't signed up under the same website. Is it possible to set aMember to do this? Or can it be customized to do this?
