Using PayPal Pro with aMember

    We're trying to set up PayPal Pro for our payments through aMember and having a lot of challenges. I've scoured the previous threads and while there were some generally on PayPal none addressed our challenge. Hopefully someone here has experience and can help.

    We've set up a PayPal account and been approved for the PayPal Pro level so we have greater control over the customer experience.

    We've activated the PayPal Pro plugin and put in the correct values for API credentials and such.
    Since we're in testing we've left it on Sandbox mode.

    In testing we're able to complete the first page of the aMember form that asks for name, email address, and password. That works as expected.

    Then the PayPal check-out page appears and we input dummy data as well as one of the test credit card numbers provided by PayPal.

    We then get an error in a red box that says: Payment Failed: failure

    Since we're just in testing mode I don't understand why we'd get that.

    Has anyone else gotten this error and what did you do to fix it?

    Any input is greatly appreciated.
