I have set-up aMember in a way that the user can't register unless he has paid a subscription (the registration on the platform happens after the payment). Somehow, I found two users on my aMember that haven't paid. One has a pending payment (but the only way to pay is paypal) and another one has subscribed without even a pending payment. How can I find out what went wrong? How can I fix those funnel holes so I don't find any unpaid users anymore? I checked logs but I can't find a way to understand what action they did to bypass payment.
