Alex: In some future version, could you consider adding the ability to email a member by going to the User Action page, then maybe have an option to send a brief email to the current member. Sometimes I have to edit or update a customer's record, then send them a separate email using Outlook. It would be great to have that function from right inside the user account info area. Cheers!
