< URGENT > All my recurring/paid membership users have no active membership access

    Hi, I already submitted the ticket. All my recurring/paid active membership users have no any Active membership access on my forum and when i edit any vip user and go to user Payments tab. then the membership is running but in User Access there is no any active membership here.

    PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE FAST.
