We're running version 4.4.4 and would like to upgrade to the latest version 4.7.0. We tried the automatic upgrade as well as the manual upgrade kit and both times it broke elements of the admin/control panel and the site. For example, Control Panel > Configuration > Forms Editor returns a blank page. As does the live signup page. Thanks for your help.
Hi Mary, I've run v4.7.0 upgrades on quite a few of my sites, and all have been ok, so it's probably something peculiar to your server setup. The obvious things to check are: Do you have wordpress integration, and if so, do you have a caching plugin such as W3 Total Cache running? That can cause some problems in the Admin area - e.g. with Minify. Have you tried the "Full" package, rather than the upgrade kit? If these don't help, I'd suggest raising a ticket with the CGI-Central team. Cheers Rob
