Hello everyone, I have a customer who was on a three day trial period we set it up so that the user doesn't pay anything for the first 3 days then paypal bills him the monthly cost. However this user is 10 days past due and paypal keeps trying to bill him. So I went into his account and tried hitting the STOP RECURRING button and it just hangs there and does nothing. I really need to get this stopped and I'm unsure how to do so without deleting the whole user account.
you should cancel his subscription from your paypal account. Then in amember it will be disabled automatically.
