"The database has encountered a problem, please try again later" after switching to WPEngine

    Hi,
    we are moving a blog that is using aMember to WPEngine (before on Rackspace) and we get this error message when we try to login or signup to aMember :
    An Error has occurred

    The database has encountered a problem, please try again later.

    Can anyone help me with that?

    Try creating a new database user, with a new password, and enter new user into aMember config file.

    Thank you for your answer.
    I should have said that the problem appears when we go to the signup or login URL (../members/login), not when we actually try to login.
    Sorry, I mostly speak French :)
