Hello all, is it possible to sync login from the amember form to the wordpress form? i mean when an user logins from amember form he should results as logged in also in the wordpress platform. thank you!
Yes, it is possible. You need to use wordpress integration plugin (is is included to aMember by default). Here you can find more about how integration plugin works. http://www.amember.com/docs/How_It_Works#Integration_Plugins
I have updated my aMember account, installed successfully the new version (updated from 4.3.6) and updated/rebuilt databases, etc. Wordpress still does not recognize when a user other than Admin is logged in. This did work prior to the WP Update, all integrations are complete. How can this be made to work again? That's what the integration does, right? Thanks for any assist.
Please check this: http://www.amember.com/docs/Frequen...rdpress_or_can.27t_access_Wordpress_dashboard Also if issues started to happen after wordpress upgrade, I believe you have incorrect wordpress version set in plugin configuration. Go to amember CP -> Setup -> Wordpress select version >4 and click save.
Would this be causing the problem? Amember folder is installed in the root and wordpress is installed in a subdirectory "home". If that is the problem or potentially the problem, can I just drag that aMember folder into the home subdirectory? Will anything break?
No I don't think that this could cause any issues. if you still get this problem feel free to contact us in helpdesk we will help.
