Subscriptions / Invoices missing after upgrade to 4.x

    Hi,

    I've just noticed that some invoice numbers are missing from the database after upgrade from amember 3.x to 4.x. Moreover, even new invoice numbers seem to be out of sync with our payment processor.

    Anyone else face this problem? Any solutions?
