Stripe and refunds

    Hi,

    I have a live Stripe account and a couple of hours ago processed a refund to a live transaction, but noticed that in my Amember admin control panel, it does not show the payment as refunded and does not change the product access. Is this meant to happen, or do I have to go in and do this manually with Stripe?

    You need to process refund from aMember admin CP. In this case aMember will submit request to Stripe for refund and do all necesary staff on aMember side (revoke access/add refund record). Right now you can fix existing invoice by additing just refund record (without actual refund request to Stripe). YOu can do it at
    aMember Cp ->User -> Browse Users -> (edit) -> Invoice Access Once you click refund link within invoice you ned to enable checkbox 'I submitted refund already and only wanted to add refund record to invoice'
