Hi, just wanted to see if anyone else is getting this issue. It used to be rare but recently more common where customer subscription payments from Paypal are not being picked up in amember, probably looking at about 5% of my monthly paying customer payments are written to amember logs as successfully paid but not attached to any customer therefore customer account closes due to non payment. I have sent in tickets to amember support for these and they have been nice enough to fix each account individually but its not fixing my overall problem and its quite embarrassing when customers keep contacting me asking why their account is closed. has anyone had any issues with paypal subs not being picked up correctly? if so, any tips or tricks to fix it?
