I'm suddenly having an urgent problem - I have a ticket in with support but it's now the weekend and I'm afraid I won't hear anything further from them until Monday. Plus it's a strange problem. Suddenly, last night, SOME members cannot access ANY protected folder on the website. They get redirected to the "no-access" page and cannot access anything, free protected content, content they've paid for, anything! Meanwhile, other users (including myself) can access the site just fine. I did add a new product last night, but it was up for about six hours before things started getting strange. I've rebooted the server, restarted MySQL. I'm at a loss as to what to do. It's hard to troubleshoot a problem when I can't replicate it myself, but site members are very upset and I don't know what to do. I'm using amember 4.2.17. Any suggestions appreciated!
