In Softsale if you setup a product that uses downloads, and there are multiple downloads available, it uses a drop-down menu. In Internet Explorer 8 (which a LOT of my customers are still using), if they click on the drop-down menu, it is completely unresponsive. I have tested this myself, and seen that it doesn't work. Can you please fix this or let me know how to fix it.
I did actually. Unfortunately the support for aMember has gone completely downhill the last year. I think Alex started outsourcing the support, and the people that now do it just don't give a crap. I've run into obvious bugs that they say "are supposed to be that way", or as in this case, they just ignore the ticket. Really strange.
Randy, This ticket wasn't ignored. We will check this issue once you provide working aMember CP and ftp info. Please check latest reply in that ticket. Unfortunately info which we have doesn't work.
