    We have experience issues with several payment processor and have decided to give Skrill/Moneybookers a go.

    We already have a business accound with Skrill but have never used their merchant services.
    We have activated the moneybookers plugin and customers are taken to moneybookers to make payment, but amember is not acknowledging payment, which is obviously annoying becuase we are having to manually track orders and change status to paid.

    Is there something we are missing? There is no IPN or anything to configure in the plugin, just and email address and then something labelled as "secret word"?

    Can anyone give us some pointer on how to get this plugin to acknowledge payment, or is there something within moneybookers that should be configured?

    Hi, I am having the same issue - payments are listed only as 'pending' in amember, despite having been processed by moneybookers.

    Was there ever a solution to this?

    Please contact us in helpdesk ( we will troubleshoot this issue.

    Please note Secret word is mandatory, aMember uses this secret word to validate notification from Skrill/Moneybookers and in case you did not configured it than aMember do not recognize such notification and will not activate payments.
