Hi, sorry if this is the wrong place to post this. What we want to do is to setup a $1.00 14 day trial membership that converts to a $14.95/monthly membership.

Here is what I have set:
    Price: $14.95
    Duration: 1 month
    Trial Price: 1
    Trial Duration 14days
    Recurring Billing: Checked

What do I do with Trial group?

I have read here on the forums, a big concern is someone signing up with the free trial product multiple times?

    Let me know your thoughts

    Thanks,

First you should make this product to be available only on signup page.
For renewal create another product without trial.
Also, use email verification on signup page. Also what payment systems do you use?

    Hi Alexander,

I have it set up to only be on the signup page. We are using Authorize CIM and Paypal_r.

Both are recurring capable. If I have trial duration of 14 days, the duration of 30 days and recurring set up won't it automatically renew and charge the user 14.95 a month?

What I want to happen is the user signs up for the trial for $1 then they are automatically converted to a monthly membership unless they cancel.

Yes this will happen. Above steps will help to purchase of the same trial subscription again.

Alex, thanks for your help. I just want to clarify.

The customer signs up for the trial membership for $1.00 for 14 days.

Once the trial is over I want them to pay $14.95/month recurring.

    Is this possible?

Yes. Settings specified in your first post already should work this way.
