Separate payment plugins for each affiliates

    Is is possible to assign different payment plugin to different affiliates.??

    Here my Scenario:

    Affiliate A is looking after MarketA, Affiliate B is Looking after MarketB.
    MarketA and MarketB have different Payment Processors which are best for that market.

    Is this even possible to do this?

    Sure possible. You can create two separate signup forms which have different payment systems.
    Then when you create affiliate banners and links just specify urls of these signup forms as target url for banner/link.
