aMember Pro 4 I transferred the entire website by using WHM/cPanel's copy account feature. I see the database and all files on the new server, but our store site and admin page began to show an error; Script Error Error establishing a database connection. Please contact site webmaster if this error does not disappear long time The hosting company checked our server, and there is no problem at all. I installed IonCube, Zend Optimizer and pdo, but the site still shows an error. They said there might be a missing module, but I have no idea what it is. Does anybody have a same experience? Can you tell me what to do to solve it? Thank you.
Error you get is because of wrong database connection info. Please edit /amember/application/configs/config.php and specify new connection info(you may need to contact hosting support and ask to provide new connection info). If this doesn't help, please contact us in helpdesk.
