Hi, I currently have a product which I have protected with amember which I have set up as a pay once-lifetime access. I want to change that to a yearly payment model for new customers only. The existing customers should continue having access to the content without having to pay yearly. Do I have to create a new product in amember with the new payment structure and assign the wordpress pages that are protected by the existing product to be protected also by the new product, or is there a more elegant way to do this? What payment system are you using? I think its better to use a new product as you can then track who bought what and cancelation rates etc.. better. david
Excellent! Thank you for clearing that up. I was afraid that existed users would be charged again and didn't want that. I like David's suggestion in terms of keeping track and segmenting the buyers. Thank you again.
