Responses ended to my email inquiry

    I sent this email to support. Got a few responses then nothing. Any help is appreciated. I am totally down.

    After installing the upgrade, I get the following:

    The www.masteremail.com page isn t working
    www.masteremail.com is currently unable to handle this request.
    HTTP ERROR 500

    Help.

    Apparently, I had not received supports recent emails. Now I have and they addressed and fixed the issue immediately. Excellent job, aMember....AGAIN>
