Renewal Option Help

I would like for my subscription to be one year unless a subscriber clicks on an option to automatically renew - how can this be done?

Which version of amember?

You will be leaving a lot of money on the table by not doing autorenew...

We just purchased this week and are running the most recent version, 4.whateveritis.
We absolutely want to give subscribers the option to renew, not have it automatic.

Dont include a period for renewal- just use the 1st payment period.

The account will expire at the end of the period and you can then try to get them to renew

Don't take this the wrong way, but I would like to know how to set up the automatic renewal option, not debate its merits! If anybody knows how to do this, please let me know - I would very much appreciate it.

Thanks for that but maybe I'm not making myself clear. I have seen other businesses who use Amember have a check box where customers can choose an automatic renewal option - so I know this can be done. If the box is checked, they are automatically billed yearly, if unchecked, it is a single year subscription only. I would like to know how I can do this. Thanks in advance.

Create 2 products, 1 with yearly auto renewal and 1 without.
Radio button will allow them to pick which they want.
