OK, I'm needing to renew my members access here for support but there is no way apparently to do so in the membership area here at cgi-central... a month ago I was told to login and select the renewal option for 6 months for $35... I have emailed alex/cgi-central twice this week and have not received a reply to my question... all I want to do is renew my access and get some updates. Anyone know why I can't get a response? I've never had any problems before so this is extremely perplexing! Cheers.
