Recurring payment not on time

    hi guys, I've noticed a payment that started last month has not recurred again this month and I don't know why. It should have been attempted 3 hours ago but a member hasn't attempted to call PayPal to get payment.

    Is this normal? I thought it would trigger at exactly the same time each month on the same date.
    Is there anyway I can manually get the payment called to PayPal if as in this case the auto payment didn't happen?

    Hello,

    PayPal do recurring payment on its own and then just notify aMember about new payment.
    Exact time of payment can vary. In event of you see this payment in your PayPal account but do not see in aMember then contact us in helpdesk and we will check what can be wrong.

    Also double check your cronjob settings. How often do you run it? Hourly? Or daily?
