    Hello everyone,

    Ok i have emailed amember support many times about this & they have not got back to me to fix the issue.

    I have a few products on my site but when some recurs they recur to a higher package

    So for instance one week will recur to one month
    24 hours will recur to one month.

    i have set renewal group to 2 which is one month. But it never gives them a month member ship?

    Please let me know what's going on with it

    That is a problem in SafeCart plugin. We will look at, debug and fix it tomorrow.

    This has been fixed, but you need to reconfigure products as explained in helpdesk. Plugin didn't support trials.
