Rebuilding Database Frozen?

    How long does it take for the database to rebuild? The status bar has been the same for the last hour and not sure if I should be concerned. It's been on "Rebuild htpasswd file" (see attached).

    If it's frozen, can I abort/restart without corrupting the database?

    From screenshot I see that Rebuild was finished already. Both processes have status "done"
