Reactivating accounts that did not have funds in paypal during time of payment

    Hello everyone, I have a customer that have paid for one month, but her aMember account was cancelled at the 2nd expected payment because she did not have the funds in her paypal account. She doesn't like having a bank account or CC linked to her paypal account.

    What do you think I should do about this? I don't want to refund customers and I delete their account only so they can sign up again. This can happen multiple times since I have a 5 installment payment plan.

    I was hoping that I can setup a subscription (the usual 5 installments of payments but minus one since she already paid the first one upfront) that only SHE has access to from her amember account. What do you think? Maybe the admin panel would have a checkbox for this under her specific account.
