can we insert a link inside the chat pages where a user can request we access their computer with a LogMeIn or citrix desktop. eg they let us access their pc?
Sorry Caesar, if I understand the intention ... please DO NOT EVER have a global thingy asking for remote access to some ones computer. (not Caesar) you do realise that scammers ask this to gain remote control of people's computers for nefarious reasons. My Aunty was caught with this sort of thing recently, it is a hugely terrible idea. Don't put links doing this style of thing, or suggesting it, if you need access to in this way you need to think more clearly about what you are doing ... your support (valid) may then allow a scammer onto your clients systems.
