Hi Everyone, Just a quick question in relation to the billing process. Let's say I enable "Admin Approval". Does someone's credit card get billed the moment they try to join my site (and a charge back applied if I ultimately refuse membership) or does their credit card get charged only ONCE I (as admin) approve their membership to my site - even if that is say, several days later? My concern is that I don't want a person billed if I ultimately refuse their membership. Thanks, Scott
Scott, member will be billed immediately, not matter if Admin Approval enabled or not. It is reasonable, because member has chance to re-enter credit card details immediately in case if he made a mistake. It is extermelly hard to change this behaviour.
