On my site http://dynastyleaguefootball.com we offer several product options. One of the issues we frequently run into is when one of these products expires, a user is unable to log in to their account in order to renew their subscription. Is there a way to automatically transition users with an expired product to a 'free account' product which does not grant them access to any protected content, but at least allows the to log in to an exitisng account so they can purchase another subscription? Is there a better method for handling this issue? Thanks! KM
Yes go to the addon and buy 'Default Plugin' upload, create a free lifetime default product (that can't be bought) and set that in the plugin.
