Possible to CC client emails?

Hi there.

When someone is approved, and their free subscription completed, the email is sent out with username, password and login url. (that's the way I have it set up)

Just wanted to know if there a way that I can add to the code so that I would get a copy of the emails sent out to the customers? That way I can make sure that the 'username, password and login url' email had in fact been sent?
